The first thing I would like to say to anyone facing repossession, warrants for eviction, and arrears enforcement is DON'T PANIC! I'm sure you will have read this on just about every other site you may have looked at, but there is almost always a way to keep your home.
The second is DON'T BURY YOUR HEAD IN THE SAND! Taking action not only makes you feel better, more motivated, and more confident to do more, it will also show you that all is not lost. Funny enough, the more you do to deal with your mortgage company and make an arrangement to manage your arrears, the more it will help.
Lastly, for today, I want to let you know that I am not a debt-free organisation, buy your house and rent it back company, or any other such entity. I have personally experienced financial difficulty, resulting in mortgage arrears, warrants for possession and court appearances, and I've still got my home!
